J.M. Stanlee West-Watt
Of Counsel
Attorney J.M. Stanlee West-Watt has been with our Firm since 2011 and built up West-Watt Law, PLC as managing attorney until her semi-retirement and acceptance of the cloak of "Of Counsel." Now she can write Wills and Trusts at leisure, spend supervision sessions with our attorneys drinking coffee and telling war stories, and look back in years building a successful practice in both Boulder, Colorado and our hometown of Tucson, Arizona.
Stanlee received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Colorado School of Law in 1992. She is a member of the State Bars of Arizona and Colorado. Areas of practice now include:
-
Estate Planning: Will and Trust packages
While practicing in Colorado, Stanlee participated in several legal- and community-based organizations and after joining the Arizona Bar in 2011, continues to be a strong advocate for clients in all legal matters both in-office and in the community.
Stanlee is retired adjunct faculty in the Pima Community College's ABA-accredited Paralegal Program, where she taught advanced classes in family law, criminal law and procedure, social security law and practice, bankruptcy law and procedure, and Trial Advocacy.
Stanlee graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in philosophy and a Bachelor of Arts degree in modern languages from the University of Utah in 1983.
